Mellissa Tse

RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) (Ontario)

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centred principles and the belief that healing emerges through connection. Within the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and accepted through authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and a non-judgmental presence. Building upon this foundation, I utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions informed by Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy.

Clinical Philosophy

I strive to be genuine, compassionate, and intentional in how I work with clients. I value listening closely, remembering what you share, and following up on the things that are important to you. I hope you experience therapy as a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued, rather than reduced to a label, a diagnosis, or a problem to be fixed.
