I’m a Registered Social Worker with experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, procrastination, and school/life balance, as well as individuals in crisis and those needing suicide intervention. I also have a background in palliative care, offering grief support during times of loss and transition. My therapeutic approach is holistic, solution-focused, and trauma-informed, blending psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness to foster personal growth and resilience. I’m passionate about helping clients build awareness, navigate difficult emotions, and create lasting change in their lives.

I offer individual psychotherapy. I can help you with navigating anxiety, academic pressures, life transitions, and grief. Many of my clients struggle with stress, procrastination, or balancing responsibilities, and are seeking a supportive space to process their experiences. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, developing resilience, and finding clarity during difficult times—whether facing a crisis, adjusting to new life circumstances, or coping with loss.
